Terms and Conditions

By purchasing video and/or stats services from Next Level Stats, I certify that either I or a minor for whom I am a legal guardian am/are a participant in any matches submitted or selected. Furthermore, this purchase is for my own entertainment or development, and neither video nor stats purchased may be re-sold. I understand that content will be provided based on the specific package chosen at checkout.

If a tournament service has been selected, I understand that filming and stat collection are subject to court assignment, scheduling, and on-site conditions. I understand that Next Level Stats will make all reasonable efforts to capture and deliver accurate video and stats, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted recording or complete data capture in every instance. If I submit my own video or stats for analysis, I understand that technical issues can prevent delivery of the purchased content. In either such case, I will receive a full refund when fifty percent or more of the service cannot be captured and shared with me. If a match cannot be completed for any reason, a full refund will be offered if less than one full set was played.

I grant Next Level Stats the right to use anonymized data from my matches for marketing or promotional purposes, such as social media, website content, or advertising materials. NLS will make all reasonable efforts to confirm with adults or legal guardians before using any identifiable match footage, clips, or images, including footage that may include minors, for marketing and promotional purposes.
