Terms and Conditions
By purchasing video and/or stats services from Next Level Stats, I certify that either I or a minor for whom I am a legal guardian am/are a participant in any matches submitted or selected. Furthermore, this purchase is for my own entertainment or development, and neither video nor stats purchased may be re-sold. I understand that content will be provided based on the specific package chosen at checkout.
If a tournament service has been selected, I understand that filming and stat collection are subject to court assignment, scheduling, and on-site conditions. I understand that Next Level Stats will make all reasonable efforts to capture and deliver accurate video and stats, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted recording or complete data capture in every instance. If I submit my own video or stats for analysis, I understand that technical issues can prevent delivery of the purchased content. In either such case, I will receive a full refund when fifty percent or more of the service games cannot be captured and shared with me (i.e. at least 6 games if 12 games were played). If a match itself cannot be completed for any reason (e.g. injury or weather), a full refund is guaranteed only if less than one full set was played according to the match format.
I grant Next Level Stats the right to use anonymized data from my matches for marketing or promotional purposes, such as social media, website content, or advertising materials. NLS will make all reasonable efforts to confirm with adults or legal guardians before using any identifiable match footage, clips, or images, including footage that may include minors, for marketing and promotional purposes.

Privacy Policy
NLS takes all reasonable precautions to keep your PII and match data safe. We purposefully collect as little personal data from you as possible while giving you the best analytical services offered to junior and recreational tennis players. We do not combine your tennis data with any publicly available information or with your data that we need to collect during billing, which is handled through a third-party processor (e.g. Stripe, Paypal, etc.). We do not store or process your full billing information. Your tennis data will be made available only to you on a password-protected webpage or as file shared directly with the email you provide us.
We further vow that your data will not be shared or resold to anyone for any purpose, and you will be notified of any data breach without unreasonable delay. Your data may be anonymized and added to our player database for benchmarking purposes to help improve our service over time. Unless otherwise requested by you in writing, we will retain and host your tennis data for 12 months. At that time, the data connected to your name will be deleted, while the anonymized match data will be kept in our research database with no way to connect it back to any individual. If you would like us to delete your data before 12 months, make your written request to us at info@nextlevelstats.coach at any time.
